1. About the Kokoro Approach

What is the Kokoro philosophy?

What makes Kokoro coaching different from regular online coaching?

Is this approach suitable for beginners?

2. Coaching Process & Expectations

How does online coaching work?

You start by applying.

After a short intro call, you receive a personalized plan inside the coaching app, covering training, recovery, nutrition habits, and lifestyle structure.

We check in weekly, adjust as needed, and stay connected Monday–Friday for support.

What’s included in online coaching?

  • Personalized strength, conditioning & mobility training

  • Weekly check-ins

  • Movement & technique feedback

  • Recovery & lifestyle coaching

  • Weekday messaging support

  • Optional use of WHOOP / Oura / HRV data

  • A holistic plan built around your life

How often do I need to train?

Most clients train 3–5 times per week, but it depends on your goals, schedule, and recovery. Your plan adapts if work, travel, or stress increases.

Will I get a meal plan?

Here are no rigid meal plans, instead, you’ll receive nutrition guidance, strategies for energy & gut health, and clarity around fueling for performance. This approach is more sustainable and flexible.

What if I travel often or have an unpredictable schedule?

Your program is built around your reality. If you travel, your training plan adapts, from hotel workouts to minimal-equipment sessions.

How quickly will I see results?

Most clients feel improvements within 2–4 weeks (energy, recovery, clarity) and see noticeable progress around 8–12 weeks. Sustainable transformation happens over months and years, not days.

3. Pain, Injuries & Physical Therapy

Can I join coaching if I have an injury?

Yes, this is one of my specialties. With a physiotherapy background, I can safely guide you through:

  • back pain

  • knee or hip issues

  • shoulder pain

  • overuse injuries

  • mobility limitations

Your training and recovery plan will be adapted accordingly.

Do you create rehab-focused programs?

Yes. If needed, your training block can include mobility, rehab work, and post-injury progression, blended smoothly with strength and conditioning.

Do I need in-person sessions to fix my pain?

Not necessarily. Most clients improve significantly with proper movement patterns, recovery strategies, and progressive training. If in-person physio is needed, I’ll tell you honestly.

At minimum:

  • dumbbells + bands + bodyweight

Your plan adapts to whatever you have.

There is a minimum commitment of 3 months, this ensures we have enough time to create meaningful progress and make our work together truly worthwhile.
